Privacy policy

1. In short

This site sets no cookies, uses no tracking and no analytics tools. Fonts and videos are hosted on this site's own server, so visiting it sends no data to Google, YouTube or other third parties. Data is only processed when you visit the site (technical server logs), book an appointment or write to me.

3. Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages), 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open the site, the server automatically stores technical data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system.

This is necessary to deliver the site securely and reliably. The legal basis is my legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The host deletes the logs after a short time. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host. Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Booking via TidyCal

To book the info call, this site links to TidyCal (Sumo Group Inc. d/b/a “TidyCal”, 1305 E. 6th St #3, Austin, TX 78702, USA). You are only taken to TidyCal when you click a booking button. There you enter your name, email address and your answers in the booking form.

I use this data to hold the appointment with you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract). TidyCal's own privacy policy also applies: tidycal.com/privacy.

5. Contact by email

If you write to me, I store your message and contact details to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. I delete the data once it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Links to other sites

This site contains links to YouTube, TidyCal, the “Invest in Dubai” portal and the app stores. These sites only load when you click the link. From then on, the privacy terms of the respective provider apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. An informal email to the address above is enough.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for me is the Hungarian one: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, Hungary, www.naih.hu. You may also contact the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
